Proposal

Four ways to build a website that behaves.

Every package below ships the same fundamentals: a deliberate page system, a responsive implementation tested across current breakpoints, and a controlled launch with documented handover. What separates the tiers is what the site has to do — how much of the build is bespoke, how much it has to connect to, and how far we carry it after go-live.

The ladder

Pick the tier by what the site has to do.

The right package is decided by the work, not the budget: how many decisions the site has to support, whether the build needs bespoke components, and who owns it afterwards. Each tier is anchored by a project we have actually delivered.

Credible presence

Essential

From $400

A credible, fast presence for a business that mainly needs to be found, understood and contacted. Responsive build, contact form, search-ready foundations, launch and handover.

Delivered at this tier — Level Head Barbers, The Long Journey Home

Built to convert

Professional

From $800

For a site with a real conversion job: a designed page system, analytics wired to the actions that matter, and copy tightened against search intent.

Delivered at this tier — PivotPoint Pricing, Five Boroughs

Bespoke scope

Signature

From $1,500

A bespoke design built to your direction and hand-coded, with whatever custom components the content actually needs. No CMS lock-in — full source handover.

Delivered at this tier — United-3 Contracting, Arisa One Studios

Custom application

Platform

From $10,000

For when the requirement stopped being a website. A custom application with the automations and integrations behind it — built, connected and maintained as one system.

Delivered at this tier — PoolSpa, Emerging Components

What governs the tier

The feature matrix.

This is the actual boundary between packages. Anything marked as an add-on stays a separate, quoted piece of work rather than quietly expanding the build.

Signature tier / delivered

United-3 Contracting

A Jeddah contracting firm with thirteen major delivered projects and a one-line placeholder for a website. The build had to carry that record credibly in two languages.

The United-3 Contracting website: a monochrome, editorial homepage for a Jeddah contracting firm.

What the top tier actually bought

  • A parallel bilingual build. Separate English and Arabic page sets sharing one stylesheet, with mirrored RTL layout, a language switcher, and reciprocal hreflang between every pair.
  • A bespoke filterable project record. The thirteen projects — owner, value, scope and photography — became a custom filtering component rather than a static list, because the portfolio is the firm's strongest asset.
  • Hand-coded, no page builder. Vanilla HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no CMS, no framework and no admin dashboard. Full source handed over; the client is not renting their own site.
  • A curated image pipeline. Photography extracted from the company profile, culled to the usable frames, optimised, served responsively and rendered greyscale with colour returning on hover.
  • Search and schema done properly. Per-page titles and descriptions in both languages, sitemap, robots, and GeneralContractor structured data on the contact page.
  • Infrastructure retained. Hosting set up and DNS kept under our management, so the launch had no third-party dependency to chase.

Outside the tiers

The single-page option.

When a full site is not the job yet — a launch, a campaign, a single service. One page, one action, on the same foundations. The only decision is whether enquiries arrive by form or by phone.

How the work runs

The same four stages, whichever tier.

01

Define

Agree the audience, the offer, the required actions and the constraints, so the site has a measurable job.

02

Structure

Map navigation, page hierarchy and content blocks before visual decisions make them expensive to change.

03

Design & develop

Build responsive components, content and agreed integrations as one system, with clear review points.

04

Test & hand over

Check breakpoints, forms, links, metadata and analytics, then transfer ownership with documentation.

Included everywhere

In every tier

  • A deliberate page system built around the visitor journey
  • Responsive implementation tested on current desktop and mobile
  • Contact form with spam protection
  • Titles, meta descriptions, sitemap and robots
  • Domain, analytics and launch checks completed before handover
  • Full source-code access

Quoted separately

Add-ons, not assumptions

  • Scope beyond what was agreed, or a rebuild of an approved section
  • E-commerce, catalogue, payments and fulfilment
  • A blog or editorial system
  • CMS or admin dashboard where the tier is hand-coded
  • Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and content changes
  • Native review of translated copy before go-live

Send the objective, the audience and anything already built. We will confirm the tier that fits, flag anything that belongs in an add-on, and return a written quote.
