How I Approach Client Work
The starting point is the actual symptom, the business impact and the systems involved. I preserve the current state, separate evidence from assumptions, explain the trade-offs and make changes against an agreed outcome. Where an outcome is controlled by a third party—such as inbox placement or search ranking—I do not present it as a guarantee.
Find the responsible layer.
Headers, logs, DNS answers, browser traces, platform settings and user reports narrow the cause before broad changes begin.
Make the change controlled.
Scope, backups, access, rollback, acceptance tests and ownership are part of the implementation.
Test the business outcome.
A green dashboard is not enough. Forms, mail flow, redirects, integrations and user journeys are checked in the live context.
Work Represented on This Site
The service directory reflects the work offered through YeevuFix and Tom’s Fiverr profile: email deliverability and business mail, migrations, email marketing, web design and WordPress, website security and performance, domains, DNS, managed hosting, SEO, AI automation and integrations.
Published examples include a Peviras programme spanning SEO, performance diagnosis and hosting migration, and multi-campaign email planning for TT LifeSciences. The case studies describe only work that can be supported by the current project record.
Working Standards
- Access is requested only when needed for the agreed scope.
- Existing state and rollback requirements are recorded before material changes.
- Credentials and sensitive customer data are not published as project evidence.
- Platform limitations and externally controlled outcomes are stated plainly.
- Delivery evidence is separated from estimates, proposals and unverified claims.
- Handover explains what changed, how it was checked and what remains.
